Dear Del. On behalf of myself and Neil, I would like to say a massive thank you for all the preparation and hard work you put into our wedding day. Both you and your staff went out of your way to make sure everything ran smoothly from beginning to end and you did this with great success. In fact during the months and weeks running up to the wedding, you really put our minds at rest and took some of the pressure off by ordering all the crockery, glass wear etc, organising the delivery of it, visiting the venue beforehand, answering our many queries, solving a few problems along the way and even helping us to set up Potten End Village Hall on the afternoon before our big day. Lets not forget, this was all done in several inches of snow! As well as all of this, you managed to serve beautiful winter warming food that surpassed our expectations to over 100 guests. Thank you for the significant part played by all at Chassebi’s in contributing towards the success of my daughters’ wedding, last Saturday. As someone who has previously managed a range of in-house and off site catering contracts, it was a real pleasure to work with someone who was so totally committed to ensuring that the clients needs were fully met.  Nothing was too much trouble for you to organise and this level of service was carried forward by your staff, on the day under the positive leadership of your head waitress Penny. Despite the fact that the start of the actual Reception was delayed, by a number of factors on our side, you still managed to provide a sleek and efficient service and equally importantly quality meals for both the Wedding Reception and Evening Buffet.
